These terms govern your use of CraveSave ("the app"), operated by Nyme LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United Arab Emirates (License No. 2430001.01). By using CraveSave, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
CraveSave lets you save places (restaurants, cafés, and other points of interest), view them on a map, organise them into lists, and optionally share lists with others. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use CraveSave.
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email/sign-in secure. Tell us promptly at hello@cravesave.io if you suspect unauthorised use.
The places and lists you save are yours. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display them solely to operate the service for you (for example, syncing across your devices and showing places you've chosen to share). If you make a list public via a share link, you're responsible for what you choose to share.
You agree not to misuse the app, including: breaking the law; infringing others' rights; uploading harmful or abusive content; attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service; or scraping or overloading it.
CraveSave uses third-party services, including Google Maps Platform for place information and maps. Place details (such as names, ratings, prices, and opening hours) come from third parties and may be inaccurate or out of date. Your use of Google-powered features is also subject to Google's terms. We're not responsible for third-party content or services.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that place information is accurate, that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet your expectations. Always verify details (like opening hours or whether a place still exists) before relying on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nyme LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app or from reliance on any place information. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim (which, for a free service, is zero).
You can stop using CraveSave and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the service or other users.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
